My Pen bleeds ink that heals abyssal hearts
Which owe expression for souls
Whose voices were stolen
By wild tongues soaked in the rills of violence
By hands baked for the devil’s daily outings,
By hearts darker than deadly hours.
Let me write a poem
On walls casted upon the earth,
To breed hopes like stars
When the moon
And other galaxies are oppressed.
Let me write a poem
On mountains and hills
That peg the earth to stand still
Till the next here in a great sphere,
That will amaze Shakespeare.
Let me write a poem
On the bark of trees,
To give pain a calming comfort
And sorrow a lovely happiness,
Under the cool shade of a dancing shadow.
